June 22 Family Yoga Session
Join us for a joyful hour of family yoga designed to bring parents and children (ages 4–12) together through movement, breath, and play. This session focuses on gentle poses, partner activities, and mindfulness exercises that are accessible to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
What to Expect:
Expect a fun and relaxed environment where everyone can participate comfortably. We'll explore simple yoga poses, practice breathing techniques to promote calm and focus, and enjoy creative movement inspired by the season. The session will close with a peaceful relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and connected.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or towel for each participant and wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring water if needed.
